About Gerald Tostowaryk
Starting his real estate journey in 1991, spending his first six years in residential real estate before making the move to commercial real estate sales and leasing. Along the way Gerald was a Broker and was an Alberta Real Estate Association approved instructor for many years, instructing the Real Estate Licencing Course as well as some continuous education courses.
Gerald holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute as well as the Fellow of the Real Estate Institute and the Certified Leasing Officer designations from REIC.
Currently an associate broker with Century 21 Urban Realty and President of the Edmonton chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) Gerald is also an instructor for the REIC national organization, instructing the Ethics course and soon the Legal Issues course.
