Our House is a non-profit organization in Edmonton that provides year long residential services and programming for men (18+) with substance use disorders where they can embark on a recovery process directed towards achieving meaningful, and productive lives. During this year spent at Our House, trained professionals will guide residents through 12 modules such as co-dependency, life skills and relapse prevention  that are designed to equip them with the tools for long-term recovery.

Alongside programming, we assist client’s with community support such as helping them receive financial aid, connecting them to the bus pass program, assisting them in doing their taxes, helping them write their resume, job searching and finding stable homes for them when they leave.

Dedicated to reducing the effects of substance use disorders and related mental health issues, the Centre provide services unlike any other in Alberta, and are one of the few year-long residential treatment programs in Canada. The Centre also offers outreach services to the Edmonton and surrounding communities, including individual and family counselling and courses such as Mental Health First Aid.
